Austin Whitaker founded Enrich. He owns and runs short-term rentals, and he earned his economics degree at the University of Florida, with a focus on statistics and econometrics.
As an owner, he saw a gap. The big revenue management agencies want large portfolios. Owners with a few great homes are left to price them alone, or to leave PriceLabs on autopilot.

Austin founded Enrich and leads pricing strategy for every client. He earned his economics degree at the University of Florida, with a focus on statistics and econometrics, and he owns and runs short-term rentals himself, so he knows the work from the owner's side.
Franchesco Garcia
Revenue Manager
Franchesco runs day-to-day pricing and reporting for client portfolios. He studied Business Analytics and Information Systems at the University of South Florida and invests in short-term rentals himself.
Josie Wise
Revenue Analyst
Josie digs into market and listing data to find pricing opportunities and helps build our monthly owner reports. She earned a degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and worked in financial planning and analysis before joining Enrich.
