Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Written in plain English.

This policy covers the website at www.enrichrevmang.com, run by Enrich Revenue Management ("Enrich", "we", "us"). It does not cover the separate service agreement you sign if you become a client.
What we collect
- Email and phone. Whatever you choose to send us when you write or call.
- Booking calendar. When you book a call, HubSpot collects the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number and the time you pick.
- Security data. Cloudflare hosts and protects this site. To block bots and attacks, it may process your IP address, browser details and request logs, and it may set cookies for that purpose.
- Analytics. We do not run analytics today. If we add basic analytics later, we will update this page first.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your message and run the call you booked.
- To prepare your free revenue analysis.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not use your information for any other purpose without asking you.
Who processes it
We use two service providers to run this site. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy.
- HubSpot runs our booking calendar and stores contact records.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and provides security and bot protection.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the providers above, or when the law requires it.
Text messages
If you opt in to text alerts from your Enrich client portal, we use your mobile number only to send you account notifications, such as new messages and reports from your team. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our text message provider processes numbers only to deliver the messages.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and booking details for as long as we need them to talk with you and serve you as a client, and to meet legal and tax duties. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it. Cloudflare keeps security logs for a short time under its own policy.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Ask us to stop emailing you.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser. Some security features may not work without them.
Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law. We will honor them.
Children
This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
