Price 3 to 10 listings like a pro, without hiring one.

$250 a listing for 2 to 4, $225 for 5 to 10.

One revenue manager learns every home you own and prices each one on its own terms in PriceLabs, three times a week. Your monthly report shows every listing, including any that dip.

Three to ten listings is where pricing gets hard.

Too many homes to price by feel. Too few for the big revenue firms to notice.

  • Each new listing adds more work.

More dates to watch, more events, more minimum-stay calls. Pricing grows with every home you add, and it competes with guests and turnovers for your time.

  • One set of rules fits none of your homes.

A beach condo and a house near a college stadium have different busy weeks. Shared settings miss both.

  • Portfolio totals hide weak homes.

One strong listing can cover for a weak one. You only see it when each listing is measured against its own market.

  • The big firms start too high.

Some full-service revenue firms only work with operators doing $1M or more a year. We start at one listing.

Questions portfolio owners ask us.

Do you price each listing separately?

Yes. Every listing gets its own settings, minimums and rules in PriceLabs, based on its own market. Your monthly report shows each listing on its own line.

What does it cost for 5 listings?

$225 a listing per month, so $1,125 a month. You also get 10% off if you pay annually.

Can I add listings later?

Yes. You pay per listing, month-to-month. As your portfolio grows, your rate per listing drops: $250 a listing for 2 to 4, $225 for 5 to 10.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Revenue also depends on things outside pricing, like the home, its reviews and the market. Instead, you get a free analysis before you decide, and month-to-month terms after. If you're not ahead of your market by month 3, we'll tell you straight, and you can leave anytime.

Will you show me listings that do worse?

Yes. We report every listing, including the ones that dip. Our own case study shows a listing that fell 7% while the portfolio grew 52%.
