Real results, measured against the market.

Same home. Year over year. Against similar homes nearby.

Every number on this page comes from PriceLabs. We compare each home's time with Enrich with the same period a year earlier, before Enrich. Then we check how it did against its local market. Owner details are withheld.

How we measure.

Beating last year is easy when the whole market is up. So we hold every result to four rules.

  • Same home

Each result follows one home or one portfolio. Nothing is averaged across clients.

  • Year over year

The period under Enrich against the same period a year earlier, before Enrich. That is their first 12 months with Enrich.

  • Against the market

We compare each home's revenue with similar homes nearby over the same months, and its occupancy with a market index where 1.00× is the market average.

  • Fair comparisons only

New listings, ramp-up years, partial histories and hurricane years are left out.

Reading the market index

PriceLabs compares each home's occupancy with similar listings nearby. A score of 1.00× means the home was booked as often as the average comparable listing. A score of 1.37× means it booked 37% more of its nights.

This matters because a market can rise or fall on its own. A good year for the whole area can make any home beat last year. The index shows whether guests chose this home over similar ones nearby.

What we leave out

Some bigger numbers are not on this page. When a listing was new or still ramping up the year before, or a hurricane hurt its prior year, the comparison would flatter us. We leave those out.
