Revenue management your owners can see.
Branded owner reports. A flat fee you can plan around.
We price your owners' homes in PriceLabs three times a week and send monthly reports with your branding. You keep the owner relationship. We do the pricing work behind it.
Your owners judge you on revenue.
Pricing is one of the biggest levers you have. It is also the first job to slip on a busy week.
Owners ask why the rate changed.
You need a clear answer, fast, with numbers behind it. Guesses cost you trust.
Pricing competes with everything else.
Turnovers, guest issues, maintenance and owner calls come first. Rates for dozens of homes go stale in the meantime.
Year over year does not convince owners.
When the whole market rose, beating last year proves little. Owners want to see their home against similar homes nearby.
A percentage fee moves with every booking.
A flat fee per listing is easier to budget, pass through to owners or bundle into your own fee.
What you get.
A revenue team working inside your PriceLabs account, for one flat fee per listing.

Market research
Where revenue leaks, and what the top earners in each market do differently. How our market research works.
20 listings in FL, OR, GA and TN: 1.34× market occupancy.
A managed portfolio in Florida, Oregon, Georgia and Tennessee. Source: PriceLabs, last 12 months vs. the 12 before.
Its best listing, in Rockaway Beach, OR (2 bedrooms): rental revenue up 46% year over year.
- Occupancy
- 59% → 89%
- Market occupancy
- 1.34×
- Comparable listings
- +16%
How we counted.
The portfolio has 20 listings. Ten had a full, normal prior year, and together they earned 16% more. We left out listings that were new or still ramping up, because comparing them with a partial year would flatter us.
Across the portfolio, homes booked 34% more of their nights than similar listings nearby (1.34× market occupancy).
What your owners see.
- Your branding on every monthly report
- Occupancy, nightly rate and revenue per available night
- Their home's occupancy compared with its market, where 1.00× is average
Who we are a good fit for.
We work best with managers who want a hands-on revenue team, a named person who knows their homes, and a fee that stays flat.
If you run 50 or more units and want a partner paid as a percentage of revenue, working on enterprise software, a larger firm will likely suit you better. We would rather tell you now than waste your time.

Questions property managers ask us.
Can the owner reports carry my branding?
Yes. Monthly owner reports can carry your branding, so your owners see your company on every report.
Do we keep control of our PriceLabs account?
Yes. We work inside your PriceLabs account. You keep the account, the data and full control. We only change what you have approved.
How do you show owners the results?
Each report shows occupancy, nightly rate and revenue per available night, plus a market index for each home.
The market index (MPI) compares a home's occupancy with similar listings nearby. 1.00× means it was booked as often as the average comparable listing. Above 1.00× means it booked more of its nights than its market.
Can we pass the fee through to owners?
That is your call. The fee is a flat amount per listing each month, so it is simple to pass through or bundle into your management fee. At 5 to 10 listings it is $225 a listing.
Who is Enrich not a good fit for?
Operators who want a partner paid as a percentage of revenue, running 50 or more units on enterprise software. A larger firm will likely suit you better, and we would rather say so up front.
