Pricing software, or a revenue manager?

Wheelhouse, Beyond and PriceLabs are tools. We run one for you.

Dynamic pricing software sets rates from the settings it is given. A revenue manager chooses those settings, checks the results by hand and fixes what the software misses.

Short answer

Pricing software sets rates from the settings it is given. A revenue manager chooses those settings, checks the results by hand and fixes what the software misses. Enrich uses PriceLabs for every client and checks every listing three times a week. Enrich charges a flat fee of $300 a listing per month for 1 listing, $250 for 2 to 4 and $225 for 5 to 10, month-to-month.

Where software needs a person.

  • Settings decide the result

Base price, minimum rate, minimum stays and gap rules shape most of what the software does. Set once and left alone, they drift out of date.

  • Events and odd dates

Football weekends, festivals and holidays do not always show up in the data in time. A person who watches your market catches them.

  • The listing itself

Software prices the listing you have. It does not fix the title, photo order or amenities that decide whether guests click.

  • Judging the result

Beating last year is easy when the whole market is up. We measure every home against similar homes nearby.

Common questions.

Is Enrich an alternative to Wheelhouse or Beyond?

Not exactly. Wheelhouse, Beyond and PriceLabs are dynamic pricing software. Enrich is a revenue team. We run PriceLabs for you, and we add the human work software does not do: checking rates by hand, setting rules for each home, optimizing listings and reporting against your market.

Which pricing tool does Enrich use?

PriceLabs. Enrich is a PriceLabs Preferred Expert. You keep your own PriceLabs account and data, and you pay PriceLabs directly. If you are new to PriceLabs, we set it up for you during onboarding.

Why pay a revenue manager if the software prices automatically?

Pricing software prices from the settings you give it. Those settings decide most of the result: base price, minimum rate, minimum stays, gap nights, last-minute and far-out rules. A revenue manager sets them for each home and keeps tuning them as demand, events and competitors change.

Does Enrich take a percentage of bookings?

No. Enrich charges a flat fee per listing: $300 for 1 listing, $250 a listing for 2 to 4, and $225 a listing for 5 to 10. More than 10 is quoted on your call.
