PriceLabs on your own, or with a revenue manager?

Same software. The difference is who runs it.

PriceLabs is the pricing tool we use for every client. Many hosts run it themselves, and some do it well. Here is what changes when a revenue team runs it for you.

Short answer

Yes, you can run PriceLabs yourself, and some hosts do it well. With Enrich, a revenue team runs PriceLabs in your account for you. We check your rates by hand three times a week and send a weekly update on each listing and a monthly report. You keep your account. Enrich charges a flat fee of $300 a listing per month for 1 listing, $250 for 2 to 4 and $225 for 5 to 10, month-to-month. You also pay PriceLabs directly.

Common questions.

Do I still need PriceLabs if I hire Enrich?

Yes. Enrich works inside your PriceLabs account. You keep your account and your data, and you pay PriceLabs directly. If you are new to PriceLabs, we set it up for you.

Is PriceLabs enough on its own?

For some hosts, yes. PriceLabs is the tool we use for every client. It sets rates from its settings. Someone still has to choose those settings, check them as the market moves, and catch the dates it gets wrong. If you have the time and like the work, doing it yourself can be a good fit.

What does Enrich do that PriceLabs does not?

PriceLabs is software. Enrich is a revenue team that runs it for you. We check your rates by hand three times a week, set minimums and rules for each home, optimize your listings, research your market, and send a weekly update on each listing plus a monthly report.

How much does Enrich cost on top of PriceLabs?

$300 a listing per month for 1 listing, $250 a listing for 2 to 4, and $225 a listing for 5 to 10. More than 10 is quoted on your call. There is a one-time onboarding fee equal to one month at your rate. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.
